The mind-body connection - I firmly believe in the mind-body connection. The importance of taking care of our mind and body as part of improving our well being and happiness. Having a balance of mind-body and soul, you will find your direction in life. When you feel good about yourself, you will be able to perform at your best.

That is why taking care of ourselves is important. My life so much better after knowing how to take care of myself. I consistently practiced “self-care” as part of my daily routine which involves the following traits: Thinking positively, meditation, eating a balanced healthy diet and exercising regularly.
I strongly believe that when we are healthy, both physically and mentally, we can get the most out of life; we can live happy, healthy and meaningful lives.

Yoga, the gift - Health is an investment not only for myself but to those around me. The beauty of yoga practice is not just working on our physical aspect. We train our mind through practices which aligned our mind, body and soul, bringing ourselves together in mindfulness state. I've been practising healthy conscious living as much as possible, nourishing all aspects of my life. My yoga practice is a spiritual path to fully embrace myself as a whole being which allows me to find peace and harmony within myself.

I find that Yoga isn't just an exercise, it's a state of mind, a way of living. We can change our way of life through the practice, which we can eventually infuse to our everyday life. Now that I'm a yoga teacher, seeing people in practice and interest to learn about Yoga is a gift. I love seeing different people, different bodies working on their poses and seeing people leaving the classes with smiles. I'm glad to know that my knowledge and support are always essential and important to others — promotes a healthy and happy lifestyle while encouraging one another to love their bodies and their practices. However, not everyone is interested to know more about Yoga, spiritually. Some are just here to follow the trend… just for the sake of using it as a medium to "gram" or another post in social media… as yoga continues to gain popularity across the world.

At the end of the day, there will always be some whom are truly grateful to have discovered a workout that connects the mind, body and soul, gaining strength and flexibility.

Designed for a purpose - There was a time I questioned myself.
“Is the pursuit of money is all there to life?”
”Is being successful the only way to reach happiness and fulfilment in life?” I wanted to find more meaning in life.
Countless people are living life on autopilot, not knowing what they are doing. I used to be that person - who just following the crowd by completing the life's checklist.
But through my spiritual journey, I’ve learnt to see things from different perspectives. I find joy and happiness in life by following what matters the most.

I believed I was designed for a certain purpose in life.

Now, knowing that I have strong interests and passion for the health and wellness world, I want to create a platform to promote health and well-being. I enjoy sharing things and supporting others on their journey. I just want to do meaningful things with all my heart and contribute to the larger society.

Find your own - Two years ago, I began my spiritual journey through practicing Yoga. My spiritual journey gave me a deep insight of who am I and what I needed to work on in life. I was living up to people's expectations which ended up in me not being myself. Everything did not turn out the way I hoped for… Including my relationships and work.
We are all different and unique in our very own special way. What works for others might not work for you, stop following others and find your own path.

Many things are to be explored and achieved in life. Find things that are personally meaningful to your life.
